Our client, a well-established trading company, seeks a recently qualified Accountant with Financial Reporting experience, preferably from the external audit environment. The role will include a mix of both periodic and annual financial reporting, and management accounting responsibilities. You will be working in a busy trading environment where input into
operational matters is part of the role.
The role:
- Financial control and management of a small group of International Companies
- Supervision of a remote bookkeeping team
- Monthly and quarterly group reporting and narrative on variances
- Some bookkeeping and data entry including journals and intergroup transactions
- Liaison with Auditors and assistance with the year end and quarterly review process
The candidate:
- Recently Qualified Accountant
- Financial Reporting experience (IFRS)
- Technically proficient in Excel and accounting packages an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
